Jordan Brand pays homage to the history of 'Lady Liberty' with a brand new Air Jordan 10 'NYC' silhouette, which will release as part of the Jordan Brand "City Pack."

Unlike the "City Pack" that debuted in 1995, which featured the cities of Sacramento, Seattle, Orlando, New York and Charlotte, the 'NYC' silhouette to represent New York City will be draped in a smooth Black premium leather with matching tumbled leather throughout its base, which can also be seen on the tongue and mud guard. Gold accents hit the outlines on "NYC" just beneath the collar while hints of more gold mildly speckle the outsole.

For those who don't know the story or claims, the Statue of Liberty was a black woman, but it ended up getting changed to appease white Americans who would not accept an African-American Liberty.
