Ken Griffey's Nike Air Griffey Max 1, will be honoring "The Kid" and his political aspirations, which he pursued during the height of his major league career. While we have seen a preview of upcoming Air Griffey Max 1, this "Vote for Griffey" iteration is a new unseen edition that will release later this Summer.

Although, the theme is a nod to the "Griffey in '96" campaign, the silhouette dons a Olympic aesthetic with a Team Red, White and Midnight Navy colorways with hints of Metallic Gold throughout. As you can see, this "Vote for Griffey" Nike Air Griffey Max 1features Navy suede predominantly through the uppers while atop a White "visible air" midsole and Gum outsole. Additional detailing includes, Light Brown (Gold) stitching and accents throughout, printed stars on the heel tab and Red rope laces.
