A Closer Look at the Air Jordan 9 2016 with Retro Branding

Making a return this holiday season.

As part of Jordan Brand's 2016 holiday releases, the Air Jordan 9 'White Black' will be making a debut again later this. Originally making its debut in 1993, the silhouette will return twenty-three years later following its 2002 and 2010 release. Unfortunately, Michael Jordan never hit the hardwood in this silhouette, due to his early retirement in 1993.

Returning in "OG" fashion, this 'White Black' Air Jordan 9 comes dressed in a White, Black and True Red color scheme. White leather makes up the base with Black nubuck overlays throughout the upper. True Red can be seen highlighting the accents on the branding, seen on the heel, tongue and midsole. The retro look is continued with a White sole unit and Nike Air branding on the insoles.
