adidas NMD R1 Primeknit "Japan Black Boost” Debuts in June

Less than two weeks away.

Come June 10th, adidas Original will be continuing its successful streak of NMD releases with an triple-Black NMD R1 dubbed the “Japan Black Boost.”

While adidas' Boost innovation is more popular the the Ultra Boost, the NMD silhouette will be the first to sport an all-Black colorway with black Primeknit upper alongside a Black Boost sole unit. Additonal highlights include 3M detailing around the sock-like collar as well as Japanese characters on the EVA inserts that reads (3 ストライプのブランド) – translating to “Three Stripes” in English.
