Nike Dunk High 'Michigan' & 'UNLV' 2016 Release Date

Nike's bring back some classic college color themes.

Fresh off the heels of its relaunch Nike's school spirit driven 'Be True to Your School' Collection will add two more classic editions of its Nike Dunk High boasting classic colorways. The collection pays tribute to college basketball teams, coordinating the Nike Dunk High in the suggestive colors. The series debuted in 1985, helping the fairly new footwear company plant its feet in the sportswear industry while planting their vision in young athletes.

The next two teams up on the roster is the Michigan Wolverines and UNLV Rebels. Both arriving in their suggestive school colors, the Nike Dunk High 'Michigan' sports Varsity Maize Yellow and Midnight Navy color blocking through the upper with matching Navy laces and branding on the tongue. The silhouette sits atop a white sole with a which is then capped off with more Midnight Navy on the sole. The Nike Dunk High 'UNLV' features the same aesthetic, however, uses Soft Grey/University Red color blocking through its upper with University Red accents landing on the tongue and lace.

Nike Dunk Hi 'Michigan' & 'UNLV' Release Date

The 2nd round of the Nike "Be True to Your School" series which will feature the Nike Dunk High 'Michigan' and the Nike Dunk High 'UNLV', are expected to launch alongside each other May 14th at select Nike Sportswear retailers for $120 USD.
